I am so excited to welcome this little guy in less than 8 weeks. Time is going to go so fast and before we know it, our lives will be forever changed as we become a family of three. As I've been preparing for Parker's arrival, I can honestly say I have been so overwhelmed with the amount of information and products out there. It's like a full-time job sorting through all of the information, and at the end of the day, no matter how much research you do or how many opinions you get, it's all going to depend on what works best for you and your little babe. I've selected the following baby items to share on my blog because I have heard such great things about all of them from friends and other mamas and they align with the types of products I will try use with our little guy - I hope that little P will like them as much as I do. Once we've had some time to use all of these new products, I'll be sure to share out all of my favorites. :) I love the story behind the Ollie World Swaddle (and that adorable packaging...I'm such a lover for good presentation!). This swaddle was designed specifically to hold baby comfortably and apply the approrpiate amount of pressure, while keeping baby at a comfortable temperature. I selected this swaddle in the sky color - perfect for a little boy.
I'm in love with these cute teething ears and pacifier holder from Finn + Emma, a company dedicated to making safe, non-toxic, eco-friendly products from toys and teethers to clothing. I love these little teething ears (I'm in love with all things elephant), but they are also made from untreated Indian hardwood and organic cotton, and are finished with vegetable seed wax - and are completely non-toxic, so I can feel good about letting little P use this when his teeth start coming in. This little pacifier holder was just too cute, and I love how it can clip onto baby so you won't lose it, or it won't fall and get dirty on the ground. This is made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton yarn and stuffed with sheep's wool. I also picked up a cute summer onesie that I can't wait to dress him in at the lake this summer. I'm seriously crushing on the Finn + Emma brand, and have my eye on their play gym next! Last, but not least, I am sooo excited to have a DockATot Deluxe for Parker. I have heard so many amazing things from other mamas about this product, and cannot wait to use it with with our little guy once he's here. The DockATot is a multi-functional lounger that can be easily transported around the house and used for lounging and playing with baby or co-sleeping, and keeping your little one nice and snug. They come in two sizes, so I am going to try out the Deluxe for him when he's an infant and if he loves it, we'll upgrade to the larger, toddler size. If you are interested in buying a DockATot, you can use the code below to save $10 off your purchase! http://dockatot.refr.cc/LPRMQJM. I have a few other favorite items on hand that I am super excited about as well - the Solly Baby Wrap, the Rock n' Play, the MamaRoo, and the Aden & Anasis swaddles and burb cloths and bibs. I look forward to sharing out my favorite new mama essentials once Parker is here!
